of humor, has been very patient with us
during the jobs he has done for us.
Those jobs consisted of the following:
Kitchen Renovation: this job
required replacement of all countertops
and splash guards, as well as
installation of a new sink with faucets
and garbage disposal and a new gas cook
top. Instead of having to coordinate
separate schedules for plumber,
electrician, etc., Sal handled
everything. In other words he managed all phases
of the job with smooth competence. Sal
recommended the company with the best
selection of granite and accompanied us
when we made our selection. He helped us
to get the best possible price.
Bathroom Renovation: We started
off with the Master bathroom. Here again
Sal helped with the purchase and
selection of the tiles and fixtures. He
installed the floor-to-ceiling tiles,
toilet and shower with glass doors,
special insets in the walls for soap,
etc. (in the shower area) and a flower
display – all as designed by the
interior decorator (my wife). Sal was
careful with all the small details until
we were satisfied. He installed a new
exhaust fan, new door lock, attached
hooks where needed, towel racks, and so
on.
Let me just add that our house is over
50 years old and the walls and floor had
to be re-done. Additional difficulties
were posed due to the fact that we
wanted the location of the toilet and
the wash basin and cabinet reversed.
This required a complete re-directing of
the water and sewer pipes. We were very
happy with the outcome of this bathroom
and therefore decided to renovate the
hall bathroom as well. This time the
interior decorator requested a rather
complicated design of the tile pattern,
for the floor and, particularly, the
walls. Again Sal helped with the choice
of marble and ceramic tiles taking us to
several outlets until we found what we
wanted. Again, the results were most
satisfactory and all guests who visited
us have remarked on the beauty of the
result. We therefore would like to
recommend most highly the services of S

they took real pride in their work. I

after a few changes, the final bill was
WAY over the estimates and they were
given no warning).
